How do you handle returns and refunds? What's your policy?

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days on most unopened products. If 30 days have passed from the delivery date, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 3-7 business days. 

 

I received a damaged product. What do I do?

We have a brand new online return and exchange system. To make a return, we just need your order number and your e-mail address, which you can find here. Select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange using the instructions. A return shipping label will be generated automatically. The label must be printed out and mailed to customer service. After receipt and inspection, the reimbursement will be processed. UPS is always our preferred shipping service.

 

What do you mean by verifying my age?

Vapor Bridge, pursuant to various state and federal laws, requires that you must be 21 or older before purchasing anything or viewing our website.

 

When will my order be delivered?

After we receive your order, it takes 1-2 business days to process. Delivery times usually vary between 3-5 business days after your order is placed. That said, shipping times do not include any potential for inclement weather, holidays, or backorders.
